Free/Discounted Access to the Online Training Library
The Foundation Training Library is a constant work in progress. Our goal is to provide members with access to training that will help parlay the skills learned in 4H, FFA, ag pageantry and other youth organizations, into marketable career skills. The library features educational videos on personal and professional development, pageantry skills, and agriculture,
You will also have access to interviews with subject matter experts in a variety of industries. Registered members of the Foundation will have free or discounted access to the entire training library content.
New materials will be added periodically.
Eligible to Compete in the State Media Ambassador Annual Competition
Foundation members (male and female, ages 17-29) can submit an application to be selected as one of our state Media Ambassadors. This year-long internship provides each ambassador with hands-on media and public relations education and experience, free training, pageant coaching and career guidance, possible college credit (for those who qualify), press passes for entry into events, business cards and microphones.

Certified Judges Directory
The Foundation Education division has created an Ag/Rodeo Queen Pageant Certified Judges program. The consistent feedback is..."Long overdue" and "sorely needed." After attending the certification workshop, members are eligible to apply for a FREE listing in the Foundation's Certified Judges Directory. The Foundation will pay a "day rate" to judges in our Directory when booked through the Directory.

Event Attendance
The Foundation Education division hosts events that support our mission of providing education and advocacy for youth in agriculture. Annually we conduct career workshops, public speaking workshops, and pageant related workshops (for pageant committees and ag pageant contestants). Our newest offering is our Certified Ag Pageant Judges Workshop.
As we continue to grow, we hope to organize agricultural job fairs, leadership conferences, and more. Events may be open to the public, but Foundation Members will always be notified first to secure a spot at early discounted rates..
