Keith has been an entrepreneurial leader for 30 years. With a background in accounting and finance, he has consulted with non-profits and for-profits both domestically and internationally. His passion for transparent stewardship has been a trademark of his work.
As a previous consulting firm president, Keith has coached executives, professional speakers, and sales associates, providing invaluable training in the areas of leadership, sales, financial management, diversity, and effective communication techniques. Prior to his leadership roles, Keith was an independent entrepreneur who specialized in real estate investments and property management.
In 2007, Keith started HQ Payroll Solutions to help companies and professionals with their back-office needs. The business grew exponentially, and maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau without a single complaint.
Keith benefits those he consults by passing on the knowledge and skills he’s acquired through his vast experience. Keith’s personalized approach allows him to continually develop himself and learn from the experience of others, whether they have been in their positions for years or are just starting out. His ability to absorb knowledge from others further strengthens what he passes on to those he serves.
Keith was introduced to the Foundation when he became a major sponsor and served on the Scholarship Committee. While the agricultural industry was new to Keith, his desire to impact the agricultural and livestock world continued to grow as he learned about the heart and conviction of those who serve in this environment.
Keith is passionate about helping others reach their potential and impact the world around them. Growing up as one of ten children, his parents instilled in him the importance of hard work to achieve your goals. Working to earn money as a young child, taught him the importance of honesty, integrity, and discipline. He now shares his lessons learned with those he leads.

Mother of two Rodeo Queens, including a Miss Rodeo America First Runner-up (2019)
Lisa O’Gorman was born in California, and raised in England Her passion for owning and riding horses began at a very young age. But after moving back to California, she became a local 4 H horse leader, taught riding lesson to all ages, and specialized in lessons for children on the Autism Spectrum.
As an avid rider, Lisa has competed in extreme mountain trail, jumping, classical dressage, trail riding challenges and today enjoys competing and learning all she can in the sport of Cowboy Dressage.
She is the mother of two daughters who have both held Rodeo Queen titles. Her oldest daughter, Hannah Leib, was crowned Miss Rodeo Washington 2019, and finished first runner up at the 2020 Miss Rodeo America Pageant.
Lisa is a Speech Language Pathologist who works for a local school district as well as running a private practice located in Lacey, Washington.

Miss Rodeo Kansas 1980
Debra’s career trajectory is nothing short of impressive. From her roots in rodeo as Miss Rodeo Kansas 1980 to her pioneering work in the pageant industry, she’s shown a unique ability to innovate and elevate women’s experiences in traditionally male-dominated spaces. Partnering with Teddi Bankes to conduct Rodeo Queen Clinics was a brilliant move, and the fact that she founded Queens In Jeans in 2007 to help young women in ag-related pageants shows her long-standing commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders.
Her experience in the modeling and talent industry, particularly founding The Professional Edge Model & Talent Agency, is also notable. The fact that she was accepted into the American Modeling Association and later served as its president speaks to her leadership and influence in that space.
Debra’s 25-year speaking career, especially her work with Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and universities, showcases her ability to connect and make an impact across a wide range of audiences. The training videos she produced on topics like Front Desk Safety, Assertive Communication, and Emotional Intelligence show how her expertise extends beyond just motivational speaking, impacting real-world business environments.
Her best-selling book, Finding Your Moxie: Myths and Lies Successful Women Kick to the Curb, hitting #1 on Amazon is a huge testament to her expertise and ability to resonate with women in business. Master of Agriculture in Agricultural Leadership - Oklahoma State University
Madi graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2021, with a degree in Animal Science, Business Management and minors in Agribusiness Management and Equine Science. In 2024, she earned a Master of Agriculture in Agricultural Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
Currently, Madi works for the Department of Animal Science at Penn State as an Academic Adviser. Through her role advising and recruiting, she enjoys getting to show students the diversity of career options within the animal science industry.
Her introduction to the Foundation for Western Professionals was In 2024 when she was selected to be the first Pennsylvania Media Ambassador, a year-long internship. This opportunity allowed Madi to expand her knowledge of agriculture, improve communication skills, and learn more about managing social media. Madi attributes her involvement with The Foundation for Western Professional, and having access to industry professionals and an extensive training portal, for helping her achieve a lifelong goal -- being crowned the 2024 All American Quarter Horse Congress Queen.
During her reign as the official representative of the American Quarter Horse Association, the Ohio Quarter Horse Association, and the All American Quarter Horse Congress, Madi will travel from state to state presenting awards and helping to fulfill the dreams of so many along the way!

As an education and media consultant, she provided event planning services for high-profile Fortune 500 corporate and A-list celebrities. In particular, her work with the California National Guard’s Family/Youth Division, helping youth thrive during deployment transitions, is especially meaningful. It speaks to her ability to apply her skills in ways that truly benefit communities and families.
Her role as a founding member of The Foundation for Western Professionals is also notable, as it reflects her commitment to making a lasting impact on the future of Western culture. Serving as Director of the State Media Ambassador Internship Program ties in beautifully with her mentorship focus.

Jaylinn grew up in western Kansas on her family’s farm. She participated in 4-H, FFA and rodeo queen pageants; holding various titles, two of which were the 2018 Miss Teen Rodeo Kansas and 2019 Miss Rodeo Fort Hays State University.
Jaylinn graduated in May 2022 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Recourses (major in Agricultural Communications and minor in Agricultural Economics.) She married her husband, Dalton, in October 2022 and they are now expecting their first child to arrive in August 2025. Currently, she works for Kowa Pharmaceuticals America as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
Jaylinn has been involved with The Foundation since the beginning where she assisted with a couple of different programs. She was the 2024 Oklahoma Media Ambassador, where she traveled the state interviewing important individuals/businesses who make a positive impact in the world of agriculture, specifically to Oklahoma’s agriculture. She also promoted The Foundation and all it has to offer for youth and adults involved in agriculture.

Raised on a cattle ranch in Southern New Mexico, Dona competed in rodeos since the age of 7, including qualifying for the National High School Rodeo. She studied Range Science at New Mexico State University competed on their rodeo team. Until a few years ago she still enjoyed team roping but now stays busy doing production for PRCA rodeos, including the largest in New Mexico.
Her association with rodeo royalty began in 2003 when she became vice-chairman of the Miss Rodeo New Mexico Pageant and a member the National Advisory Council of Miss Rodeo America Incorporated where she currently serves on the Horsemanship and Media committees as well as others. In 2007, she was asked to be the Director for the Miss Turquoise Circuit organization and served in that capacity until her retirement in 2024.
In 2004, Ms. Rutherford began a rodeo queen workshop which became the Borderland Queen Clinic, one of the most comprehensive royalty clinics in the nation and the longest running clinic in the country. The BQC has helped to produce many state titleholders as well as top 10 and top 5 at Miss Rodeo America, and even Miss Rodeo America 2017 and 2024.
It has been her honor to judge the Miss Rodeo Oregon, Miss Rodeo Oklahoma, Miss First Frontier Circuit, Miss Reno Rodeo and the Silver Spurs pageants.
Dona recently retired from the Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management where she was a Range Technician for 35 years helping ranchers with their day-to-day operations.

Growing up on a farm in mid-Missouri with five brothers and sisters meant that Paul Reigelsberger experienced agriculture and family values first hand. After high school graduation he attended college in Manhattan, Kansas, and later transferred to Columbia College in Missouri, majoring in Interior Design and Marketing.
In the mid 1990's, Paul worked as a regional print and runway model but soon found that he enjoyed the marketing and creative side of the business better. Today Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Western Star Models, a small agency that specializes in educating young women in agriculture, about the business side of the modeling business.
Paul resides in St. Louis where he works as a General Manager for Immerse, a major design supplier. In addition he has his real estate license and is active in marketing, fundraising and philanthropic activities.

Kaelanne Quinonez is a dedicated advocate for the western industry, education, and youth development. She proudly served as Miss Rodeo USA 2024, representing the International Professional Rodeo Association as its official ambassador.
Growing up on the Central Coast of California, Kaelanne developed a deep love for the western way of life, starting with horseback riding at the age of four. Her passion for agriculture and rodeo led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Science in Business from Texas A&M University.
Kaelanne is committed to educational programs and mentorship, a passion reflected in her long-standing involvement with the Girl Scouts of America, where she is a Gold Award recipient and lifetime member. She carries this dedication into the agricultural and western industries, using her platform to advocate for farming, ranching, and rodeo, ensuring these traditions thrive for future generations.
With a heart for youth empowerment and industry growth, Kaelanne actively works to educate and inspire the next generation of western professionals, helping them prepare for success in their chosen fields. Whether in the arena, the classroom, or the boardroom, she remains committed to preserving and promoting the western way of life.
