The Foundation for Western Professionals supports agricultural pageantry by providing researched,

founded, and supported education and advocacy for all participants. 

As part of this mission, our Board of Directors found that educational programs for the leaders and committee members that work with agriculture youth, aids in providing a better support system

for the young women participating in these programs.

Below are details about each of the pageantry related programs we offer.

Queen Clinic

Committee members/directors who attend the Pageant Committee Workshop, are eligible to bring our education team in to conduct this queen clinic for young women ages 14-26.

The Foundation donates 40% of the proceeds back to the hosting pageant, earmarked for titleholder expenses through her year.

Pageant Committee Workshop

This workshop is open to all pageant directors and committees, and is designed to help you better understand why participation is down, what it takes to increase participation and sponsorships, the legalities of operating a pageant, business or nonprofit, how to avoid legal pitfalls, and marketing strategies.

Certified Pageant
Judging Workshop

Our Board Members of  highly experienced International Corporate Trainers, Educators, Event Planners, and coaches in the ag pageantry world, created this certification program to provide a set of judging and scoring standards and to shed light on judging bias. Attendees are eligible to be paid through our Certified Judges Directory.
