CERTIFIED AG PAGEANT JUDGES WORKSHOP
The first of it's kind — This workshop is created and presented by our Board and Committee Members -- International corporate trainers; 25-35 year ag/rodeo queen coaches and clinic founders; former state title holders; pageant directors; members of National Rodeo Pageants; and more.
Attendees are taught a set of judging standards for all pageant categories, the importance of ethical and unbiased judging, effective scoring methods, and much more.
After completing the full two-day workshop, attendees can apply to be listed in the Foundation's Certified Judges Directory. Judges listed in the Foundation Directory will be paid a daily rate for judging pageants when secured through the Foundation.
PAGEANT COMMITTEE WORKSHOP
This workshop provides ag/rodeo queen pageant committee members with training on how to manage their pageants like a business, the legal requirements for awarding scholarships and running a non-profit organization, how to increase participants and sponsorships, media and marketing techniques for better reach, handling PR nightmares, and much more. Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will have access to the Foundation Board for questions or assistance. In addition, attendees are eligible to bring the Foundation Ag/Rodeo Queen Clinic to your area and receive 40% of the registration fees as a donation to your program.

This workshop provides ag/rodeo queen pageant committee members with knowledge about managing their pageants like a business, the legal requirements for awarding scholarships and running a non-profit organization, how to increase participants and sponsorships, media and marketing techniques for better reach, handling PR nightmares, and much more.
